Started to make a point but decided to earn some brownie points with the misses and made this instead.

I figured that would help to keep her from getting so mad about making a little side trip to go look for rocks when we go to Texas in 2 weeks.

I'm glad you posted that.  I was looking for something to make for the granddaughters and this was a great idea which I shamelessly borrowed.  I made 3 today, trying to improve each time.  I hope you don't mind txbandit if I post them here since you already have started this great idea.  I see I have one little spot to clean up on the right side of the obsidian heart.  That one I gave to my wife.  She says I need to make a 4 more, 2 more granddaughters and 2 daughters.

Now I need to figure out how to attach them to a necklace. ???

Dont mind at all Bowartist, I take it as a compliment.  Yours look a little better than mine.  As Far as making a necklace out of them you should PM warhawk, his wife does that sort of thing.  She wrapped a point of mine in silver jewelers wire, came out quite nice.
