Got My "Tejas" Trade Bow
« on: June 10, 2011, 11:20:53 pm »
THANK YOU OSAGE OUTLAW!!!!!!!! My wife went into town this afternoon around noon and called me. She said I got a package. I asked her if it was a long tube and she said yes ;D I knew right away it was my trade bow ( wasn't expecting any other package) Now the bad news. She said she wouldn't be home till 7 or 8 :'(  She walked in and I went to the truck, hobbled back in and pulled this out of the tube. I couldn't get through the packing fast enough and pulled this out :o :o I'm adding some of the pics Clint posted on his thread because I can't string it with my knee being messed up.

It is 61" tip to tip, 50 @ 26 Osage with rattlesnake skin backing Leather grip with floppy rest. I think I'm in love all over again ;D

P.S. That's Clint in the last pic, not me. I can't string the bow right now, so I used his pic for the profile ;D

That's me in the picture.  I'm not a fan of the yankees.  I help coach my sons little league baseball team and that's what we are.

Tejas as in Texas, or as in HAL Tejas, an Indian combat artifact? Either way a fine bow.
