Can anyone post photos of their wooden billets? Need to make one/some bigger than the one I have. Mucho gracias.

Yeah I figured about that big.....but I was really looking for shape. Bowling pin or just a steady taper? or Cylindrical?

I'm with ya,Curt. ;D I've seen Claude VanOrder beat some paper thin Points from some of the nastiest looking Ryolite with a 1 1/2" cap on a short piece of wood.

You guys done lost me. The only feller I ever seen using wood is James Parker. Well, Steve used em some that year but not much and they got rained on and I remember James complaining about that, heheheh. Anywho, I can attest to the fact that they work but can't answer your question - good luck..

justin ill get some pics up soon. i have different wood billets ranging from 1 1/2" to 4". kinda like short bowling pins

The rock fairy. It's got a flaw here and there but its nice. Got it tucked away for now til I can do it justice. Just played with the box fillers ;D
