6 Months of Airgun Hunting
« on: October 05, 2010, 07:38:32 pm »
I still shoot the bow everyday, and feel that bowhunting is the purest form of hunting, but with the scarcity of game out here and the thick vegetation cheating by using precision airguns gave me the opportunity to use the headshot and thread the needle when those critters are inside the thick cover ( and that happens just about everytime)

And the ND3 night vision gives me the chance to go after pigs at night too

this is what I got the last 6 months

well i got to say your a pretty damned good shot too Manny
taking them big ol hogs like that, with an air gun
whod a thunk it

are them peacocks as good eating as wild turkey?
ive often wondered ifn them two species where distanlty related
seeing as to how the yhave a lot of the same habits for life ingeneral and in breeding etc
and not to mention the ocellated turkey of south america looks like a high bred between a peacock and wild turkey

would you be interested in a trade for some wing feathers possibly, say turkey for peacock?

As a species we're fundamentally insane. Put more than two of us in a room, we pick sides and start dreaming up ways to kill one another. Why do you think we invented politics and religion.
