hickory selfbow d/r

Last time I have made few such bows , one of them. 155 cm , 50 lb at 28 ". Realy fast bow. Oval cross section , hickory.

      That bow is a good looker for shure, and 50# will make a great hunting bow as well. Very nice, sir!!!!

thanks for kind words. I have start from 3 inch of reflex , after tillering about 1 inch. Hot steam and belly tempred.

Love the bow!  Gotta ask, was the Mirkwood Bow from LOTR an inspiration?  That thing is better than the licensed versions!
