You shouldn't be so hard on carbon arrows fella's they are not completly useless , broken carbons have uses only limited by your imagination . Cut them into short tubes and use them as spacers in your back quiver - a strip of leather through the middle to secure them , the push in nock adapters make good pins to locate the riser on your hinged takedowns , I used a very short section as a pivot for my spine jig and tomato stakes are some of the uses I've found for them . Dont discount broken alloys either , good for takedown sleeves for arrows - they shoot just fine and stuck on the end of broken wood arrows can be a lazy mans footing . regards Perry
