Sons Home
« on: May 08, 2010, 05:43:17 pm »
The youngest came home this week to buy a car he found on-line in Orlando. He is getting ready to go overseas again for quite awhile and wanted to get another car before he left. He will be headed for Ramsteen, in Germany, this time and wishes he could take it with him, but he will be rotating every 6 months to England.

Here's his new toy he won't let his Pop drive. Tops out around 215mph. ;D

Is that a 5 series or a 7 series BMW? The boy must be doing pretty good to get either one!

It's a 6, Pat. Yea, I'm proud of him. He's 25 and got out of the Army and is working for a company contracting with the military. He is doing the same thing he did while in the Army.

Nice car!  Shame he can't bring it with him...  it'd do very well on the Autobahns over there.  Though he'll be in the home of BMW so can probably rent/lease one for his stay there to "get a feel" for it ;)

He's not home now, Ronnie. He called his mom from Dallas on the way to Calif. Then he is headed to Wisconsin and then Germany. The boy moves around more than me ;D.

You don't need to drive that thing!  My uncle always told me I'd do well as long as I didn't confuse wants with needs ;) Might want to keep Kathy out of it too. She's like Danika (sp) Patrick :o
Be thankfull for all you have, because no matter how bad you think it is...it can always be worse.
