I enjoyed meeting Sailordad and his attractive wife Friday evening. I was disappointed that I couldn't make it over earlier Saturday to spend more time with them before they left. Had a good healthy piece of Pappy's left-over deer steak Saturday, first I'd had in quite a while and it was really good! Always good to spend time with Shannon, that guy is bubbling over with skill! The problem with Shannon, is how do you give a gift to someone who is better at making anything you might could make and give him? The good lord couldn't have blessed such skills on a nicer person! He gave Pappy and I a couple of beautiful flint knives, and I got a couple of great points from him as well. All I could force him to take from me was a broken authentic knife. He said that the ancient that made it really knew what he was doing. Thanks Shannon! ;)

Man, I can't wait to get back down there!  Looks like a great time was had by all.  Timo, I agree with the part about being closer and being ruint! My wife would probably be mad every weekend.  Well, only about 6 more weeks before I get to head south where Life Is Good!

We did Jesse,missed you. :) Got another big weekend planed,going to the WTF friday evening and then to the cabin later.Sat. meeting and working ,trying to get stuff ready for our first shoot March 20/21 and some plans made for the Classic.Going to be a busy Spring and Summer looks like. :) :)
