Kind of quite on this thread with Pappy on vacation, I'm sure he'll have a lot of pictures to share when he gets back on.
I got a lot of things accomplished. I cut a trail for the deer to follow through some downed timbered tops accessing a food plot. Went and cut a bunch of river cane for arrows. Found a roadkill chicken snake in good shape that I skinned for a bow. One of my hhb bows had gotten out of tiller on the lower limb becoming weaker then the top limb. I cut the tip off the lower limb and then re-recurved that limb to match the top limb. Narrowed both limbs some from what they were, and put another inlay tip on the lower limb. I've shot it and it seems to have worked out. The upper limb is right at 1/8" weaker now then the lower limb.
I also worked on another hickory bow trying to finish it up for someone. Oh yeah, I cut out a bunch of osage handles cross-grained like Shannon's knifes (Sawfiler)that he had posted.
