Making up the gator arrows,Cain with sour wood forshaft,150 grain head with brass rod added to add some weight,total 235 grain for shaft and head. A gift from Dan,very nice knife,yall know how I love knifes.

A poem Randy wrote for me and Sadie,very nice of him. Some Osage straighting.
Turkey feathers from my buddy Doug. My Osage back to brace after Heat treating and flipping the tips,looking good so far.
Will doing some napping for some trade stuff. Art shows up for a visit,always good to see him.

Yep ,that's the plan Steve.
Got the Osage we are making for Randy off the form and out to 34@16 yesterday,looking good so far.Looking for 45@28 so got plenty of wood to work with.
Also got Sally a little leash training time in,she is coming along nicely.

Thanks Steve,yes it is cedar scales,the wood came from the post I cut the notch out to mount my old drill press. That is the post from my original bow shop. :)Pretty cool,so he gave me the knife.
Got Randy's bow out to 45@25 last night.
Put it back on the form for some heat treating and then plan on flipping the tips
and then take some weight off as I tweak the tiller,still lots of wood looking for 45@28.
Got to mow grass and take Sally to the vet for final shots this evening so it will be Thursday before I can move forward on it. Plan on having it ready for Will's tips and grip this weekend,then on to Jon for the finish work. Sorta of a comunity bow. Just moving a little quicker than the other one I am involved in.
for those that have followed that in primitive skills [frindship circle bow] thread know what I am talking about.

FRIDAY
Headed to the Cabin when I get away, plan on some arrow work and finish sanding and some tip and grip work on Randy's Osage we are making for him,Also finish tillering my Osage. Beau is coming in today and stay the night we plan on going to a small Traditional shoot in the morning,looking forward to shooting with him again,don't get to do that much anymore.
No telling what else we may get into.
