It's 60"ntn and pulls a hair over 50#@28" it's as smooth as much longer bows I have shot and it's a rocket launcher to....
I was inspired to build one like this after I saw a bow that James Parker AKA "Robustus" made. Thanks for the inspiration James ! It is a fun bow to shoot. The trajectory out of it is what amassing at just 47#@28" it shoots the same arrows faster than my self bow I hunted with last year that's 50#@27" and its no slouch.
And we are indeed impressed:-"It is very nice bow Ryan. I really like the design you use, very smart indeed. Especially I must say use in wood on back of core and core itself. One thing I learn on ipe is, it so strong it gets very thin, and when it become same thickness as backing, the shear stress break even best glue job.
