From first brace to last arrow, this bow basically built itself. At every station during the process I would look....scratch my head.... and say....where do I remove wood?
It all came down to just lowering the poundage through out the limbs.I let this bow sweat alot.6 hrs one day, 4 the next, (I am always skeptical when things go so well,) and everything kept saying ,"green light" So I let it flow. Kinda boring actually.
63" ntn,54#@ 27",very clean piece of osage.Carries 1" reflex after work and rest back to 1.5" after rest. Limbs are 1 3/8" @ fades for 4" ,tapering to 3/8" tips.Prairie rattler skins, and a lil dye here and there for good measure.Bacote tip overs. I got a lil carried away taken pics,as I kinda like this one. (sorry).
