I cut some pear last summer and roughed out a bow blank to dry. A few months of slow dry then hung above the wood stove to finish drying. Made a bow from it this week. Very light, quick and a pleasure to shoot. Pear white wood (stained), Kingwood tip overlays, JD style handle, 63" 52# @ 27"
