movie time knife and points
« on: January 10, 2009, 05:17:45 pm »
Tv was poor last night, but "Twister" was on...I have seen the movie enough I dont need to pay attention, so i figured i would leave it on for noise and to keep the girlfriend occupied. so during the movie i managed to complete all this.  i was busy. the knife is dacite and the 2 points are texas chert.  my joints are all sore from working that tough chert. it wore my antlers on down!  i was sweating trying to notch them..jeeeeezzzzeee. all abo tools of course- Ryan

Dang you need to watch TV more often if it inspires that kind of work :) Beautiful work

yeah i am goin to do my best to go to the dade city knapp in since in only about 45 minutes from my house. if the weather happens to be cool for once i may consider camping and maybe putting up a table and knapping a bit while there...maybe making some shavings on a stave

Nice work-that Texas stuff makes some good tough hunting points. Shooter, chert comes in a thousand different colors and textures.

Nice work on the points!

I watched Twister also last night but didn't make any points.
