I make some good homemade polish sausage, not smoked like kielbasa, but natural. Lots of marjoram in it. Hey Dana, do you eat sultze?
I know Dana knows what it is but for the rest of you it's basically pork head cheese, I know it sounds gross but it's just pork and pork fat simmered with herbs and vinegar til tender and set up with some pork gelatin so you can slice it. What about smoked chubs? you guys down south eat them? same as smoked herring.
I'll bring a cooler full of exotic yooper treats also, bring your alka seltzer and get ready for an experience.
