Hello need help figuring out about ELB

They actually have a really good medium weight warbow 70-130lbs. There is a diy kit roughed out warbow kit and a finished one:

It is made of bamboo backed hickory, a combo which i don't trust all that much so i am asking them for a hickory backed ash stave.
