Tiller check on me bow

ELB 69" T2T, ipe and bamboo. got her drawing about 62 lbs at 13 1/2 inches so far. would like to keep that weight out to 26 inches. im thinking needs a little more on the left, but i can't see any weak or stiff spots. i know they have gotta be there so help me out! thanks for lookin. hey where did that eliptical circle go? i gotta learn how to do that!

The left limb seems to be bending nicely. The right limb looks stiffer...although the mirror in the background makes it difficult to see. Pat

I agree with Pat. Perhaps the right limb has a bit of a hinge mid-limb? Flip it around or move the setup. Dave

thanks george, well i worked her some more, now i have her braced at 3 inches, and pulling 60 # or so at 19". the tips are left very thick right now, so don't let that throw you, lemme know what youre thinkin needs work. Thanks!

Right limb looks to be bending good. Left limb looks like its starting to try and hinge out towards the tip..JMO

Yea, what David said about the left limb. How wide is it? If it is more than 7/8" wide at the Fades, I'd start taking wood off the sides after you straighten out that one limb. Bamboo backed Ipe bows will not be wide and still hold a lot of weight.
