been knappin

all kinds of stuff.

first pic is a bunch of points. most are texas chert and obsidian from justin. bottom row starts with 2 normanskill points and then two coral points .



next are blades of obsidian, milk glass , and one thundechert. also a mounted celt of mahogany obsidian i got from rick trojanowski



the last is stuff that didnt cut the mustard so i give them to my daughter so she can make necklaces

I'd say you have been knapping!  As slow as I am, it would take me a year to turn out that many points and blades. They look nice.
Be thankfull for all you have, because no matter how bad you think it is...it can always be worse.

things havent been so good right now so i feel like banging some rocks and taking my anger out.  But then after looking at my pile of rubble i might even be more discouraged ;D

Jamie- Nice points.  I'm glad you did something nice with that mahog obsidian.  I would have only managed to make a pile of rubble out of it. ;D
