You are a bow building machine. I think guava is as good as any other bow wood. Some have different characteristics, but as long as it makes a good bow, who cares. I like how easily it works with hand tools. Justin

thanks guys,
you can see how I kept the outher bottom limb a bit stiffer, I just didn't know how extensive some of those tunnels are so I played it safe

So Manny, you just filled the tunnels with super glue and saw dust? I've done that on small ones but never on bigger ones like in your bow. I don't think my snake guava has any bigger tunnels just small ones...and they are all filled. Pat

Dang Manny that bow turned out nice. One of these days I gotta get over there and visit you in your shop - I'd learn a thing or two about making self-bows.
