So the largest piece I have not cracked this far into process....probably time to switch to pressure flaking and put the bopper down...Paul

id probably stick with percussion for awhile yet. of course I usually stick with percussion for to long.lol

I think you will need to keep your bopper out to get rid of that flat spot on the one side. Be careful with TV glass. I won't mess with the stuff.

My pics got reversed in the post...maybe I should have called that out sooner. Top pic is where I am at now.
Jeb, why do you avoid the TV glass? The dust it releases or the slivers that end up in your hand:-)
