This is half of a carving set for our kitchen, I still have to forge the fork yet the blade is 7.75 " 1095 steel with juniper from our yard and brass fittings

Thanks everyone you sure know how to make a guy feel good about his hobbies, I have more juniper saved for the matching fork that goes with this knife and I will be sure to post it when it's finished.
