Was there this fall when attending Flintridge, the old gal was selling away. It was cherry picked over pretty good so you will have to spend some time there. She is a very nice person to talk with.  50cents a pound is what she charges.

Last time I was there .50 cents a lb. and $5.00 trespass fee. Make sure and bring  3# hammer and some stone chisel and a good spud bar, gloves and a potato fork for digging in the dirt pile from a already started hole. Be ready for some hard work, Every one should dig there own one time an then you will understand why rock dealers charge what they do Have fun and make sure an high grade. Bob

She never charged me the trespass fee Bob but she did smile at me and offered me a coffee when I paid. Told me sit awhile.   lol

Love those type of landowners!  Met up with one like that back in the 70's, learned more about the area in 10 minutes than my a.h. Hunting partner learned in 2 days, never hunted with him again!  My local land owner gets a 6 pack of each batch of beer I make, but she was also the one who got me into brewing!  Be glad to talk with them any time!

I shipped home about 65lbs of stone from Nethers-we flew to holidays this year. I'll post some pics after it comes out of Turkey roaster. And I noticed the owner has a pile of digging tools on the back porch-so it looked like she will lean you shovels and picks...etc.
