santoku

here is a santoku I was commissioned to build.
12 inches over all  7 inch blade.
forged from recycled saw steel with some hamon .
ball pein textured blade.
stabilized and dyed maple burl handle with scallops as requested.
this is the first santoku ive ever built.
im pretty happy with how it turned out.
