Ninebark for bow wood?

Is Ninebark any good? Seems like it might be...I found some karge-ish stuff, fat and long enough for a bow. I'm guessing it's best cut in winter too, wouldn't be surprised.
Anyone we know done any work with Ninebark?

Apparently it does work. I asked this question about three years ago and one of the PNW bowyers said it does. I cut a couple of pieces about then and they are still leaning against the wall. I guess they're dry now. All I can tell you is that it feels really limp when it's green but it does stiffen up. It has a large pith. That's all I know.

Most woods are best cut in winter.
Yes ninebark is a bow wood. If you want I can send you my
List of PNW Bow woods, and their elastic properties.

I'd like to see it as well, please. Could give me an excuse to put more staves up.
