Been away from my roots for a bit...
« on: February 17, 2018, 04:16:53 pm »
I had a bow break in April/may followed by moving a couple times, and sorta fell away from the primitives. Even came home to find all my dozens of ocean spray shafts chewed up by our Anatolian pup! I’ve been doing a lotta gunsmithing but I think I’m needing to knap and build some bows.

Just wanted to say “hey” to everyone and let ya’ll know you’ve been popping out some inspiring work! Hopefully I’ll get a good stave to whittle into a new bow before turkey season and I’ll get back to being a regular here.
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short. Amen.

You sure that pup ain't a beaver in disguise! >:D. They have been known to do that!  That fine looking rifle doesn't look like a bow to me!  Got to keep meat on the table, though, bread, too!  Welcome back!  Another brain to pick!  YEE HAW!!
