WOW, now that is one beautiful table Scott. See your putting the new shed to good use. I'm sure you could put a pretty good price tag on that table and someone would be thrilled to get it. Just curious does the top float "free" or is it screwed on tight.

Thanks guys. This has consumed me for a while now and it’s nice to see it nears its end.

Pat I may or may not have another piece of this stuff laying in the corner. 

John I have had that same thought throughout this project. The colors and movement in this wood are the best I’ve ever seen. My work pales compared to God’s work.

Thanks Bj. That barn has been a favorite spot of mine all summer and now with the electricity installed there is very little I can’t do. The table is screwed to cleats that are screwed to the bottom of the table. The pins hold everything tight together.

Glis that was a feature of the wood when it came to me.  Probably burnt then fell in the river, floated down to the coast, out to see, up coast against the normal tide and landed on the beach of Washington.
