This is fun watching the happy recipients post their new bows. I will be dropping my recipients bow in the mail today, so he should be getting his early next week.
In case my maker is reading this, I will be out of town next week teaching at a primitive skills gathering, but I will have someone watching the mail for me.

"The bow is the old first lyre,
the mono chord, the initial rune of fine art
The humanities grew out from archery as a flower from a seed
No sooner did the soft, sweet note of the bow-string charm the ear of genius than music was born, and from music came poetry and painting and..." Maurice Thompso

I'll second that A-a-ron, gorgeous hunk of yew Carson.

The mail girl dropped off Aaron's bow to me this afternoon.    Ignore the giant thumb in the picture.  I was a little excited about receiving this bow  ;D

Aaron's work is top notch.  I looked this bow over for 10 minutes just staring at all the detail work.  Thank you so much for this bow Aaron.  I'm giving it a day in the AC before I string it up and test it out.

I love the dye job on this bow.

The tips are amazing also.

Is it getting hot in here? Or, is it just me?

Cool to see all these bows being shipped around!
Marc- very happy it made it to you in one piece. I always worry about tip overlays and recurves.
There was a small note in there too,  easy to miss.

Gaur, your creation looks amazing! Those skins are attractive and that braced profile rocks.

Carson, what you made with that yew is just too cool.

Aaron, over the top man. Can't wait too see that one next time I'm in camp with the outlaw. Congrats Clint.
