I've conoed 100 bows 50 selfbow I've made. To get 200 fps out of a self bow even a osage recuve even at 7 your bows got to be 90 to 100 pounds to reach 200 fps.
You'd better get into flight shooting.

Thanks crooketarrow. Meat is comforting to have in the freezer. There were several witnesses on that speed. Even got it on video though I went a bit.... vocally wild in excitement. I think pat has the weight on those arrows, I will ask him.
