First Recurve. YEW
« on: April 19, 2015, 07:49:37 pm »
Finally got the nerve up to try my hand at making a recurve.
I made this one 64" 55@28 . Has highlander bull horn overlays on tips and deer antler arrow shelf. And a dark grey leather wrap.
Shoots like a dream and dead in the hand. This will not be my last recurve.
Don will be along to post up some pictures for me. (note to self send Don another osage stave down the road )
I think I may enter this one in the BOM contest .never done that before . All you guys that build these beautiful bows are intimidating . But I love seeing them.
