War Arrow replica

This is my first (experimental) Mary Rose style war arrow:

The arrow:
 -Barrelled beech (sorry, i have not got poplar)
 -Full lenght: 90,5 cm
 -Diameter: 0,9-1,2 cm
 -Weight: 85 gram
The arrowhead:i
 -(My first) self forged
 -Lenght: 8.5 cm
 -Weight: 36 gram
The feather:
 -Swan
 -Lenght: 18 cm
 -Height: 2 cm

Cool arrows there zLego.  I especially like the forged heads.  If you have pictures, do a build-along on the forging process.

Looks like a well made war arrow. I don't think the wood specie is critical if it makes a good arrow...unless you are making a replica . I also would like to see your forging process.     Pat

Thanks for the link, Loki, great! I will in the spring a forge building, and go ahead... This is only a experimental arrow, for diameter and weight demonstration - well, fearsome!
