Do the sinewing first. Tip overlays don't need to be on most bows anyway so you might as well wait until she's ready for dress-up.
No need to sinew beyond the curves either but do have the sinew run over the handle area and out each limb. I usually start a sinew job with the handle, laying a bundle of sinew over the handle and out each limb.
Nice hooks...more like levers. Should make a cool bow.

Yeah john, that what's left of it.
Pat, the ends are thin. So I was thinking of sinewing a bit of the curve for more strength. And I'll wait on the tips.
