I heard from my builder. He said the bow was going in the mail as soon as he can get to the post office. I'll let him and y'all when it gets here.
Thanks Jordan and JW for putting on another great bow trade. And thanks to all that participated. Without you guys a bow trade would be impossible.
Now I guess we have to wait for the Christmas Exchange.  8)

Looks like there are only about 8 that haven't shipped yet. Also about time for another arrow trade.
And I agree a big thanks to Jordan and JW.

Fred, Pat, the rest of you: When will you learn it is not the people running the trade?  It's the people participating!

The trades hinge on the behavior and efforts of all the participants.  Give each other a healthy dose of encouragement and ribbing, put in your best efforts, post pics, and its all good!  Running it is all just listmaking and some cajoling thrown in.

Anyone wanting to start off the Christmas/Holiday trade, I am willing to talk you thru it. Christmas is coming, folks!

whoever has my name I really want you to know that you don't need to worry about anything. If you need time take it. If you can't do it that is fine as well. I would just ask that you let the organizers know because they are accepting the burden for this trade and it is only fair to them to communicate with them. Thanks to JW and Jordan for an awesome job of being diligent in working through another PA bow trade.

JW, I've done it before.  :) It's not hard work but it can be mental work along with a bit of stress and a little bit of aggravation thrown in.    You volunteered to help and that in itself is gratitude worthy.  ;)   8)
...but you are right, it is all about  the participants. Without them it would just be one hand clapping.  ::)
Thanks to everyone that participated. I hope everyone pushed the envelope a bit and improved their bow building. I hope you picked up some tips just reading other folk's journey to build their trade bow. Being able to see people's problems and successes and in the end the finished product adds to our wood bow archery knowledge. Passing It On!  8)

That's got some nice curves. Looks like it will throw a fast arrow. What are the overlays made from?
