OS Tiller Check Please
« on: March 05, 2014, 04:27:42 pm »
At long last I'm to this point. This is my third bow. It's an Ocean Spray stick bow 66"NTN and just under 1" dia. at the handle. The tape is the center. In the picture it's pulling 40# @ 26". I think my DL is about 28" but 26" is where the camera clicked. It had a little deflex and took about an inch of set. Tiller comments please.

Nice to see you getting one up and bending Don.    :)   So you put in a little deflex, reflex into that one..?
I'm no expert but she is looking pretty good. Wouldn't touch the fades  don't think.

Thanks. That's the way it came. I had to do a bit of sideways bending but other than that it's the way Mom Nature built it.

I'd get those fades workin' more, especially the right side.
