That would be great Clint   :) .......I could get a few more pointers on sinew backing.  After the his and her bows I going to do another short sinew backed bow.  I really like sinew.....Might do a sinew backed ERC.  I've got plenty ERC at the camp but I haven't cut any....now I know what I need to do next time I'm there.......

Daniel, I'm not picky or need much that's for sure....but anything straight grain would be a welcome relief from some of the pieces I've been working lately.  you can count on some light weight cane shafts for sure.   ;)

Greg,
I've done one sinew and it's working out purty good.  Clint will be there, and I'm sure he'll be providing some good lessons on sinewing that's for sure.

Daniel just look at the list on page 8 and let me know what you want to bring and I'll add it to the list. What you mentioned sounds good.

Man I need to finish a bow! I'll look at staves that I've worked on with Ozzy this summer and drag them with. I'll be bringing knapping tools and various rock to beat on. Oh yeah Dave, I'll remember my tarp this time :D . Bringing some Tonkin shafts as well and arrows to finish between all the eating and bs :(

No Clint it's just board form left over from a table. I may be getting some this spring but idk if the sap would be up by the end of the month especially with persimmon I think they run later.  I have some sugar maple and hackberry staves that are straight if that would work for ya?

No more hints Greg.

Thats OK Daniel.  I am looking for persimmon stave.  I wonder if they would notice a tree missing from the Scottsburg bow range.

I don't think they would especially if it's cut close to the ground and covered well. Think they would notice a chainsaw running during the shoot?

It was a B E E E U U A T I F U L L L  day on the farm today.  It was still white in spots and sloshing everywhere. But, I got a little work done. I burned 2 small brush piles that were behind the cottage, moved the deflated pool and moved an old trailer frame.  Now there's room for some campers. :)  After all that work, I needed to have some fun.

I'm trying to re-learn with 54 year old eyes, how to shoot my Rossi lever action rifle, 38/357 of course, to go along with my Blackhawk.  My goal is use it at a  50 yard deer rifle.  To feel comfortable doing that, I want to be able to 5 shots is a 4 1/4 circle (black area) at 50 yards. I'm getting there.
