its a little unclear what you're asking.
the heaviest atlatl broadhead is a big honkin clovis point, but are you asking about commercial archery heads? if so, there are glue on points about 250 grains like the zipper kodiak.

I ended up buying some silver flame's 250 gr screw in .had to put 2512 insert' in dart in the 1/2 dart end.In all it worked out real well.
