I recon her technique is pretty good, no nonsense... great video.

(All our girls in the Uk can shoot this sort of weight, some don't even bother removing the high heels first >:D )

She's not English Del ;-) That's Kel from Australia.  Well known in the warbow scene, shoots bows made by Ben Perkins.  Very impressive style and form though, just shows how much of this is technique over brute strength!

I reckon she'd easily pull 140#to "the ear" if she kept leaning into the draw....strong lady  ;)

G'day..yeah that would be me lol.  and yes i think 140 may be my limit but i would be a couple years away from that weight.

Welcome to PA :)  Great video!  How long you been shooting warbows? I think you'd put some of the men on this forum to shame  >:D  Mind you there are some real old buggers kicking around here...

Welcome indeed, I'm hoping to manage just over the 100#...  :-[ but I am getting on a bit... and I jus' a cat  ;D ::)

Hi Kel, really impressive set of vids you've posted on the Tube - mucho respect ;) if you do any clout shooting with heavy arrows, come down to our club any Saturday/Sunday morning and skewer some flags/french knight cut-outs with us, always a laugh and lovely just to "see 'em go", full power and full distance  ;D

Thanks john and you lot. kind words indeed.   where are you based john?

I actually started off 5 years ago with a 40 pound ash bow..then slowly worked my way up to the 110 greenheart and bamboo.  awesome bow, very thin for its weight.  now i have a stratton yew..and also will soon receive a ben perkins yew 120 pound..hes nearly finished it.   Love my natural bows.  wouldnt shoot any other way.
