« on: August 25, 2013, 01:57:33 pm »
I am not an artist like some of you guys.some of the arrows I have been seeing are really beautiful.i am a lot like hippy went it comes to making arrows.i don't have a spine tester or fancy equiptment, but I try to make a working arrow.i hope my guy likes them.i will try and get them shipped tomarrow if at all possible.one is hill cane, stone point with pitch and sinew, turkey fletching.the other is Tonkin, obsidian point with pitch and sinew, turkey fletchings.

I'm not an artist when it comes to making arrows. Mine are all plain Jane's and simpler than yours. The deer don't care if they're pretty or not and neither do I. Somebody's going to get some nice hunting arrows for sure.
I found many years ago that it is much easier and more rewarding working with those that don't know anything than those that know it all.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Nice arrows!
Did the Native Americans think about all this that much or just do it?
