My first attempt at a Columbia Plateau
« on: June 23, 2013, 08:46:11 pm »
I was browsing through my 12th edition of Overstreet and come across the Columbia Plateau style points.  Really liked the look so this is my fist attempt at knapping one.  Prior to this one I attempted an Ishi but the point snapped off on me, so I finished it up as a wolf ear.  Just having fun attempting these different style points  8)

Thanks for all the replies.  I have to be honest, very proud of this point as most of mine dont turn out quite that nice.  And a huge thanks to Alabama Creek he has taken the time to teach me this addictive hobby  :o
