New arrow set

Finished a new set of arrows, my 3rd ever made. POC, 29.9 long, light red stained, finished with true-oil, brass bullet points, self nocks.
I will be using these for target practice and medieval/ren tournaments. Thanks for looking and please comment.

Pretty. Very pretty.
Where did you get your points?
They look really good.

I love those brass field points, got mine from one of PA's best advertisers: 3Rivers Archery.

Nice looking arrows.  Your nocks are plenty deep, make sure they are perfectly in line with the rest of the arrow shaft.  When nocks are deep they magnify bad arrow flight if the nock is not lined up square with the shaft.

Last set of arrows I made with the brass bullet points were done with two grey and one white fletch, with matching cresting.  Bought those fletches from 3R.  They were some of the prettiest plain jane arrows I ever made.  Wish I had pics of 'em!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
