I'm i the only one who cannot do it?

Hi everyone, Am I the only person who cannot make stone arrow heads? I start off with a big rock (flint) and with in a day all i have is alot of small rocks!!!!! Is there any books or D.V.D.'s or blogs out there which anybody can recommend? I live in the UK so course's in the U.S.A. are out. Thanks for your time. ???

Get a book/ Video or whatever you can get your hands on and break some rock, the more you break and learn the easier it will become. It would be a real headstart if you could sit with someone for awhile. Good luck :).

Like the man said You Tube and books + keeping rocks! I have been trying for about 30 days and have reached the point that I can make a flake without breaking the hole stone. Good luck and keep it fun!

I agree with the You Tube videos.  They're very good.  I also ordered my first book from Horsefeathers.  I haven't gotten it yet so we'll see.  Now all I need are some rocks.

Nope yer not the only one Cromm, when I tried I made big rocks into little rocks ???
