Grillin ribs and chippin stone...
« on: May 04, 2013, 10:33:19 pm »
Smoked some short ribs today for a few hours, in the mean time I managed to coax a couple points out of stone. One is Dacite and the other local agatized coral.

I like both points! I also have a plate and plenty of napkins >:D

St. Charles is perfect size. I've tried some coral and love it!

I have to agree I love working with coral it's very strong but still produces great flakes even with minimal abrasion.

I'll bring the stone if you will bring the ribs. We can meet half way! Maybe others will join & we can have a heck of a shindig !   Tower

Nice ones, Elijah. The Classic and turkey season is over and Bonepile and I are talking about a run on the River for some coral.
