Here is where I am at. I had to add a bit of heat because I have it pulling to around 50lbs at 19" or so and braced to close to a full brace and the sting was not tracking due to a kink about 7" for the tip. I heated it up and took the kink out and flipped that tip a bit, to match the natural one on the other end a bit closer. Not perfect but close I think.
I will let it rest for a few days and start scrapping again. I should be cutting it close but it should be ready to ship by the dead line.

The skins are down, with TB Hide Glue.
Skins have been shape sanded.
Final sanding is almost done.
Have to touch up some paint.
Get the Tru-Oil finish down.
Finish grip wrap and install it.
Gees, gonna be cutting it close...

Crack That Whip! Yeah I got one of them pms.... :embarassed: Didn't post this stuff soon enough but this is what I have so far....60" ntn...Ocean Spray asymmetrical gull-wing..............pulling to 28" on the tree. Balances perfectly from the grip area in the hand and the pull is balanced as well. The top of my tree is arched and the bump on the handle is balancing on that arc and the pull is from the dead center on the string.......Now all I have to do is file a small shelf at the top of the offset grip - she's center shot- 1" above center.....wrap the grip with cedar bark and put a finish on it. She's fast hard and silent....till the arrow passes through my target and penetrates the cedar fence behind sounding like a gunshot it hits so hard...
This one's going to be hard to give up but I'm pretty sure my victim will be real happy with it. I'm sure it will take down any animal in North American (and maybe a few other continents).
Any comments on the tiller are welcome and now's the time to comment if anyone sees anything out of wack..............
