Please Help

   My family is going through a very rough time. On 1/12/2012 my stepson Willy was murdered. Needless to say......nothing has seemed the same since,and our troubles are far from over. My stepson was recently divorced and his ex had already moved from Ohio back to Virginia where she was origonaly from taking our 3 year old grandson Hunter with her. Now she has cut off all contact with Willys family. She wont let us see him or even talk on the phone with him. We tried going through the Virginia legal system only to be told by a judge that his hands are tied by Virginia constitutional law. My stepdaughter is trying to get a petition going to try to change Virginia law and has a website set up for it. Any signatures on the site would be a great help.
