This is my back up bow in the works 64 NTN 46 pounds at 27 inches D/R Handle deflexed limbs reflexed. Still holding 3 inches of posative reflex behing the handle. Super smooth super fast chrony results with 550 grain cane arrows average 159fps. I typically hunt with my sinew backed 55" osage static recurve 53 pound draw but if somthing was to happen to that this is going to be my backup. she has been tillered and shot about a hundred times or so. just needs some tip overlays tip width reduction and allt he finish work. I will post finished pics and full draw soon.

Looks nice! I like the shape. By ipe grip insert do you mean power lam?

no there is a 16" piece of IPe in the handle area to make up the fades and keep that senter section of the handle from bending so I could put the Zebra grip on. if you look close in picture you can see it. It is a low gravity piece of IPe and has a different color than the high gravity piece that makes up the lam. Hope I explained that well.

OK got her finished up took some time between other projects but she is done and is one sweet shooter. 64 NTN Bamboo backed osage with IPe Core. 46# @ 27 Super quick crony red out an an average of 166 fps. She picked up quiet a bit of speed once I reduced the tip mass. I think also the other sting I had on her was stretching a bit Im sure the new string fit for the bow not stretching helps to. Horn tips horn shelf under little bunny fufu fir. I love this bow and rather than having her for backup she will be my go to bow. LIght in hand smooth and quick can ask for any more than that when out in the field. she had her maiden voyage saturday morn opening day with no luck. saw 9 does all way out of range. Anyway hope yall enjoy and let me know what you think.
