Almost Done
« on: May 19, 2012, 11:48:26 pm »
Just finishing up a laminated long bow. 65" possibly 1 3/8 wide hopefully will have a  draw of 28 inches at 50 or so pounds.

At any rate it's 4 lams 3 of white oak 1 maple on the belly, all parellel except for the maple lam.
It came in at total stack of .340. and it's a Flat Bow........!
Will this bow work...? I will probably back it with Silk on both sides using G2..Epoxy. ???

You're just finishing up the bow or the glue up?

The glue up is done. I just have to glue on the Tips, final tillering, limb shaping and back it..
I will have pix when it's done.
