Anybody recognize this?

This is an aluminum riser that was brought to me to build a couple of replacement limbs for, since the old ones were useless. Do any of you have any idea when it was made, and by whom? I'd appreciate any info,or anybody else that has seen one,and so would the owner. (The little osage rest I put on just for shooting in the bow). Thanks y'all. God Bless

That's pretty wild. Do the limbs pull out for a three piece take down? Hows it shoot?

Pete, Check on TradGang. They have a section for old bows. I bet someone there will know about it or even have one.

Yep, Tradgang is where you need to check. Go to Collectables and History and I'll bet Wade or Bow Doc will figure it out.

I have seen it before but was not impressed enough to remember details . Many moons ago!
It seems like it was a zinc casting so maybe done about war time , when metals were a little short!
Sorry I have a hard time hanging on to what is important to me with out trying to keep the rest of it!

Bowtarist, yes,it is a 3 piece. It is 80 9/16" long, and considering the extra "useless" limb mass,it has pretty good cast. the owner was satisfied with it. Thanks Eddie and Pat,I'll check Tradgang., God Bless
