4th Annual Cryogenic Knap-in
You may have heard about those crazy Minnesotans beating Old Man Winter, having an indoor knap-in right in the middle of the long freeze. It is all true! And we have such a great time, thanks to a great facility, and folks coming from far and wide, to make it the special event that it has become. There will be live music, great food, rocks, tools, art of all kinds, demos,classes, an auction, friendly contests, and for the brave and adventuresome, an OUTDOOR Ooga Booga Ceremony if enough people answer the call.....
Come join the fun, get here early, stay late if you want.
There are showers on site, heated bunk areas, kitchen, and plenty of room for you to set up to sell, trade, or just hang out and knap with your friends.
There is a convenience store nearby, and a hotel just 6 miles down the road if you are not into roughing it.
We are located at the Hairy Mosquito Trading Company, which is just 6 miles north of Milaca, MN, on the west side of Highway 169.
