Multa Flora Rose natural shafts

How many of you have used ...multa fora rose natural shafts??? There light and real tough ! I'll get some pics on here soon.

I've made a few rose arrows but not enough to make a judgement...and I've heard too much good talk about wild rose to imagine it wouldn't make good arrows.

Here is one of the last ones I made.  The tip is now a blunt though.    Look through the past posts, maybe between page one and page 8 and there should be several posts from me, bowtarist, that talke about multi-floral rose shafts and more pictures too.  Good luck, and I'd go ahead and get them cut now.  Cut only the straightest ones though, then hand straighten, bundle them together in bundles of 5 to 8 and continue hand stroightening them as they dry, 4 to 8 weeks around here.  Hope this helps, dpgratz

  I use rose a couple times. Easy to straighten and stay straight  but really light. Ive been makeing and shooting dog wood shafts for a dozzen years so just about everythings light to me.

They make good shafts but they don't give up their bounty willingly. Wear gloves, long sleeves preferably nylon and safety glasses. The woody shafts will yield a higher spine. Jawge

I suppose everyone knows the thorns come off pretty easily if you tip them sideways...
