Agee point
« on: July 29, 2011, 09:57:53 pm »
Tried to make an Agee point. Man that's a hard shape to duplicate. At least it is for me.the rock came from a quarry in San Antoino. Had to put some heat to it to make cooperate. Its a little heavy at 145 grains. I think I'm going to try again.

WOW!!!
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intentions of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body. But rather to slide in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW WHAT A RIDE!!

Never tried one of them. Looks like a tater chip to me! dang you sure can get um thin!

I have a buddy in Arkansas that makes them very well , but I never seen one of his that long. He tells me that most were pretty small.

That is a cool looking point.

That IS a hard little point to make. I've made a couple in a half dozen attempts. You're looks good.
Be thankfull for all you have, because no matter how bad you think it is...it can always be worse.
