My Mojam Partner

Here is my 6 year old Grandson with his new Mojam outfit. The Osage bow is 46" long. 1 inch wide at the fades. I really can't tell you the exact draw weight at 19". I just kept taking wood off until he could get it back. I am guessing somewhere between 15 and 20lbs. It has a bullsnake skin on the back. His quiver is made from Yucca. I got it from a guy named Sal a Mojam a few years ago. All I did was cut it down the middle took the soft insides out then glued it back together. His arm guarg was made by his grandma. The arrows were made by Pearl Drums that I received in a trade. Beautiful arrows. Dean

Hey kid, I'll trade you something for that quiver! I like it. Gonna have to hunt down some yucca, now. Grandpa, you've done a great thing. Nice bow. Also, the boy has excellent form.

Great bow Dean and yucca quiver is too cool. Your grandson looks deadly serious in his shooting form. Hope to catch Sal early this year, he was sold/traded out of yucca last year by the time I visited him at MOJam. He's driving this year so he may have more with him. Stop by the tipi and visit at the jam.

Thanks for all the nice compliments. The boy calls me every day wondering when we are going to Mojam. I will try and make the rounds and visit with everybody at Mojam. Thanks again. Dean
